Return Policy

Guarantee/Warranty

Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect, none of our products (unless otherwise specified in the product page) are protected under any warranty / guarantee. Although we always try to make the best quality products available in lowest cost possible. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us immediately by mailing to ponditjionline@gmail.com.

 

Refund/Replacement:

We try to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from manufacturing defect , item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 1 day (24 hours) time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by emailing us. The email must contain unedited single video of the "total process of opening the sealed box / packing of the specific order".  Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will try to resolve the issue in best possible ways. If our team of experts agree to replace an item after verification, the item should be send to us using EMS Speed post only with its original packaging, the shipping cost is to be paid by the customer (which will be refunded in special cases, if the experts agree). Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer if valid reasons for replacement is found, shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund / Cash back coupon. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, burn, liquid spilling, neglect, accident, modification, wear and tear, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Proprietor of www.ponditji.com reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

 

Shipping related Damages:

All the items are packed with utmost care to avoid any damage while shipping, although we can’t guarantee whether the product will remain intact while shipping. We don’t take any responsibility for the damages caused if any while shipping due to mishandling. Please refuse to accept a packet if you believe that it is tampered or mishandled and the product inside may be damaged. Lodge your complaint against this at your nearest courier office / post office (in case of EMS Speedpost).

 

Changing or Canceling An Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Processing” can be altered or cancelled (if the service team agrees to do so). If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract up to 15% bank charges + packing / handling charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order cancelled or refunded and if the product is already packed packing charges will apply). Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Proprietor of www.ponditji.com reserves the right to take the final decision on all cancellation and refund requests.

 

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper use / installation of  products sold by us. Electrical polarity & specification must be properly observed in electrical components.

We accept no responsibility (including refund / cancellation) if any product is billed & shipped by any third party seller (will be mentioned in product page) who is using our marketplace platform.

Most of the items (unless otherwise specified in the product page) in our website are reselled by us only. The products (unless otherwise specified in the product page) are procured from registered / unregistered sellers. So we will not accept any responsibility for its manufacturing / testing certifications or providing data of the vendor / manufacturer.
